Payment Policy
Payment is due upon booking appointments. Scheduled appointments are confirmed after payment has been completed.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your healer will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for “full cost” of the cost of session. Out of respect and consideration for your healer and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time
Cancellations
24 hours notice is required to cancel a scheduled session with opportunity to reschedule.
A session that is cancelled within 24 hours of session time is not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

I understand that I am to arrive for scheduled, confirmed appointments only and agree to respect the privacy of Maddie's home.

I further understand that Reiki and other forms of Energy Healing should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and that I should see a physician, chiropractor, or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment of which I am aware.

Since healing sessions take place in Maddie's home treatment space. All possible measures are taken to reduce distractions and to limit interaction with pets, neighbors, and noise.

I agree to respect the privacy of my clients and keep their information and experiences confidential (unless the client is in danger of causing harm to themselves or others).

I intend to host a safe space for all walks of life. There will be zero tolerance of harassment, discrimination, or prejudice of age, race, gender, or sexual orientation.

I hold my self and my practices to high standards. I agree to act with integrity and pursue my work in an honest and ethical manner
