You've realized there is more to life than just the grind of work and play. You're growing even though you haven't been trying to. You actually would prefer not to, because you now notice things that you never noticed before. Things that you used to engage with feel mundane and pointless. Small talk conversations become boring and you find yourself more and more wanting to want to be interested and engaged, but you're just not.
Maybe you travel, maybe you don't. But something has awoken you and you have begun to see things differently. You are exhausted from trying to be something you're not. You're even exhausted even trying to be you. This constant teeter totter that can't be balanced. Something has shifted, you're intrigued, but you don't know why. You've tried to convince yourself, maybe it's easier just to be complacent, living like everyone else, complaining about the same things, there is gratification in the habits, stuck in the same vicious cycle.
But it doesn't have to be like that, and now that you've seen it differently, it can't be like that.
No longer can you just fit into life. No longer can you just accept this is all there is. Your being called by a silent knowing that things will be different, they must be different.
There is no point resisting, the shift is inevitable. To ignore your inner knowing is a disservice to yourself and to others. We are all connected and there is no knowing all the reasons and why now. Now the time is yours to step into your truth.
It's normal to be afraid, but there is no need to not be afraid, for it is only you - nothing outside of you. Do not fear the unknown, for this new yearning part of you knows. Now is not the time to do, it is the time to observe. Listen for moments where you feel called to take action, watch for opportunities that present themselves. Surround yourself by those that relate. Trust yourself to try an opportunity when you are called to. Give yourself lots of love and reassurance. Don't forget that it is okay to feel however you feel.
I see you, I honour you, I witness you.
